Your Package:

  • SALARY: up to £30,000 basic salary DOE + PLUS commissions + PLUS bonus
  • HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9-5 (flexibility required)
  • LOCATION: RIGA-Gateshead
  • JOB TYPE: Permanent

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Keeping our ATS up to date
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current international openings.
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and CV databases)
  • Screen CV’s and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, 1st and 2nd interviews.
  • Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position.
  • Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for the full onboarding process from sourcing, interviewing to offering and confirming acceptance of roles.

We have access to and advertise on the major job boards and LinkedIn but to achieve and outperform you will need to be proactive and headhunt the right candidates from competitors and sales and industry backgrounds to ensure their success through the interview process.

Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

Personal Attributes

Candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing a recruitment strategy in sales.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience of using PeopleHR would be an advantage, but full training will be provided regardless
  • Experience using Job Boards and CV databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
