  • SALARY: Negotiable Depending Upon Experience starting at £25,000
  • HOURS: Monday – Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
  • LOCATION: RIGA, HQ (Gateshead) & CBX (Newcastle)
  • HOLIDAYS: Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + December Off (Fully Paid)
  • CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Our Sales Training Executive will focus on two key areas of the onboarding process, Induction Training which will manage the training programme and participate in the delivery of outstanding induction material for our new colleagues and ongoing sales performance coaching and support.

The candidate is responsible for supporting new starters through their training and provide continued support after they graduate. They will mentor, support and guide new starters until probation is passed though daily support and regular feedback of calls and quality of service and then provide on going coaching and support to more experience members of staff.

The successful candidate should be capable of delivering industry knowledge through various learning methods.

The Sales Training Executive will create and deliver regular workshops based on business needs, knowledge and skill gaps and hold follow-up sessions to monitor improvement and track progress. They will work as part of a wider Training and Development team to support the growth and success of the Sales operations, liaising with Managers, Ops and Head of Training to formulate action plans to improve revenue.

Training and/or Coaching qualification.



  • A knowledge of the energy industry is essential.
  • Ability to identify skill gaps through data analysis and provide improvement plans to increase performance.


  • A history of working within a telesales learning and development team.
  • Experienced delivering training on a one-to-one basis.
  • Knowledge and experience of learning styles and methods.
  • Proven track record of delivering results via training and development.
