Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Motivating the team to achieve monthly Revenue and Sales targets
  • Setting and monitoring the team’s performance against targets
  • Manage the performance of the team to deliver against KPIs by gathering and analysing sales figures
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Working with the recruitment team to ensure resources are in place in line with business growth
  • Producing tenders to assist in securing key accounts

Personal Attributes

  • You will have industry experience and be driven by achieving targets and getting results.
  • A background in B2B leadership is essential.
  • The role requires excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills.
  • The ambition and drive to develop and manage the team to achieve results with continued support from an ambitious and continually expanding company
