  • HOURS: Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
  • LOCATION: Plano, Texas
  • HOLIDAYS: Annual leave + public holidays + December off (fully paid)
  • CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time

NGP Americas are looking for additional Sales Representatives to support the growth and success of the business.

Part of Global Procurement Group, we are an international energy specialist spanning three continents and operating in five markets. Global Procurement Group currently has operations in Gateshead, Newcastle, and Leeds (UK), Paris and Malta (Europe), Texas (US) and Chennai (India).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

NGP Americas works with businesses of all sizes to reduce their energy usage and costs. From global blue-chip organizations to small businesses, we make significant energy cost savings for our clients while reducing their environmental impact.

As a leading energy buyer, we have the ability to secure market-leading prices for business energy users, all made possible by the long-standing supplier arrangements with energy companies around the world.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective customers with the aim of understanding their energy requirements which you will then pass to your Closing Specialist.

If successful in this role, there are opportunities to progress to become a Sales Consultant, a Closing Specialist and enter management.

This is an outbound, cold calling business to business role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
  • Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning
  • Eliminate objections using up-to-date market/product information
  • Present unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions
  • Manage your existing customer accounts and energy contract renewals
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs as set by management
  • Adhere to Group sales compliance rules, ensuring all sales are generated in line with our quality standards
  • To accurately input all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the company CRM system
  • Work closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions
  • Provide excellent customer service at every point of contact

  • B2B outbound sales experience
  • Working towards targets, KPIs and revenue generation
  • Cold Calling
  • Customer Pipelining
  • Excellent Customer Service

Desirable

  • Experience of working in the energy sector
