Full Time – UK
Northern Gas and Power (a subsidiary of Global Procurement Group) is a global energy procurement consultant and is the largest energy consultancy in Europe. We guide businesses of all sizes ranging from SMEs to global organisations in purchasing their energy contracts.
We set up comprehensive strategies for organisations to procure their energy contracts; negotiate contracts with energy suppliers; introduce and operate risk management frameworks; collect, check, and analyse invoices; and calculate organisations’ GHG emissions and carbon footprints.
Our consultancy is supported by our unique ClearVUE platform that brings together and visualises information from a global energy portfolio down to the last detail – helping our clients work towards their net zero goals and ensuring compliance with climate-related legislation.
We are a global organisation. Our workforce is 850+ strong, spanning across three continents with modern and vibrant offices in the UK, France, Malta, India, and the USA.
Our new Sales Performance Coach is responsible for supporting new starters after they leave training. They will mentor, support and guide new starters until probation is passed though daily support and regular feedback of calls and quality of service.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to providing one-to-one coaching sessions and organising group workshops with new starters.
Our Sales Performance Coach will assist in the onboarding and settling in process for 10 – 15 new starters and providing ongoing support, training, and development to ensure the new starters can succeed, achieve targets, and pass probation.
The selected candidate will act as a focal point for all new starters and ensure the development and education of staff to enable them to achieve KPIs and revenue targets on a consistent basis.
They will collate and report daily KPI stats to senior management and use this data to identify skill gaps before creating action plans to improve performance.
The Sales Performance Coach will create and deliver regular workshops based on business needs, knowledge and skill gaps and hold follow-up sessions to monitor improvement and track progress. They will work as part of a wider Training and Development team to support the growth and success of the Sales operations, liaising with Managers, Ops and Head of Training to formulate action plans to improve revenue.
