NGP Americas are looking for additional Sales Associates to support the growth and success of the business.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The role of a Sales Associate requires excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written formats. The role is to complete outbound business to business (B2B) cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the American operation with an aim to assist them with their energy management needs, offering bespoke and specialist solutions to save customers money, time and to reduce their carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Associates will focus on the front end of the role bringing in the Bills and LOAs working with a Closing Specialist
  • Closing Specialists will monitor and manage Sales Associates and be solely responsible for closing deals
  • Sales Associates will identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning
  • Eliminate objections using up-to-date market/product information
  • Present unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
  • Sales Associates should achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
  • Always adhere to the sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards
  • To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisation’s CRM system
  • Sales Associates will also work closely with a Sales Manager to maximise all opportunities
  • Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions led by a Sales Specialist or Energy Specialist
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures

Experience:

  • B2B outbound experience
  • Working towards daily/weekly/monthly targets, KPIs and revenue generation
  • Cold calling
  • Customer pipelining
  • Exceptional Customer Service

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar sector
  • Previous experience as an outbound Sales Associate, Sales Representative, Sales Consultant or Energy Consultant.
