Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Global Senior HR Advisor, you will need to be an efficient HR professional who can multi-task several cases and activities in a very fast-paced team and organisation.
  • Our HR team are true business partners and support the business with the entire colleague life cycle, on a Global scale. No one day is ever the same.
  • Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures

Personal Attributes

Although this is a 9-5 job, you will regularly work outside of those hours to support the business.
This role is not suitable for someone who is not committed to making a difference.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR role / knowledge of human resources processes
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Experience with HR databases
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
