We are agile and impulsive, but have a clear and defined strategy! The successful candidate will play a huge part in our strategy and future agenda. The Head of Marketing (HOM) role is a creative one and you will often report directly to the CEO and portray your vision and ideas to the executive team.
This role will be based in our Malta office, which is our global R&D and Technology hub.
Due to rapid expansion as a result of us bringing multiple new technologies, products and services to the market, we are growing our marketing division and looking to appoint a HOM, who can grow, lead and manage our existing marketing and digital marketing department, dealing with both customer and colleague brand development.
Although this is a senior role, you will need to have a hands on approach whilst still having the knowledge and strategic experience behind why we do things. The right candidate needs to be dynamic, be able to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment.
