About the role


  • Base salary is dependent entirely on the expertise that you can bring to the role
  • Fantastic holiday package – 31 days (includes bank holidays) and additional leave over the Christmas and New Year
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm as we value having a work/ life balance!

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business for all people resourcing needs
  • Create a talent strategy to attract and retain talent in the organisation
  • Identify and review attraction methods and implement recruitment processes to reach new audiences
  • Play a key part in employer brand development and ensure our offering remains competitive and attractive within our market space
  • Design recruitment processes that suit the level of the role advertised and review the success of the process
  • Evaluate candidate experience and make improvements to the recruitment process
  • Use performance and leaver information to identify improvements to the hiring process
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
  • Lead and support the talent team towards achieving targets
  • Monitor performance against targets for the talent team and implement development plans where necessary
  • Develop an on-boarding process and world-class induction programme
  • Success at creating a training and coaching programme end to end and able to identify areas of opportunities
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and influence others through content and presentations; must be a dynamic speaker with proven ability to get participants excited about the topics presented
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Desire to take initiative; thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Define process improvements and outline strategies; execute as both a leader and hands-on member of the team
  • Implement and lead a future talent programme – including apprenticeships, succession planning and management development
  • Work with the wider people team to ensure continuous development of all people policy and process
