  • Uncapped commission
  • Basic Salary
  • OTE of $140,000
  • Health benefits after successful completion of probationary period (90 days)

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings via the telephone
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Complete daily key performance metrics

Personal Attributes

  • Ability to develop urgency in a call and proven ability to close sales
  • Target and results driven – the ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets
  • Tenacity – the will to change your life, we’ll give you the tools to achieve this
  • Experience in B2B sales, and a proven track record of over achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and reward orientated
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • PC literate
