  • SALARY: up to $40,000 DOE
  • Year 1 Earnings: $70,000
  • Year 2 Earnings: $90,000
  • Year 3 Earnings: $110,000
  • Uncapped commission, unlimited earning potential!
  • HOURS: Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
  • LOCATION: Plano, Texas
  • HOLIDAYS: Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + December Off (Fully Paid)

The Global Procurement Group (GPG) continues to expand rapidly, with operations in Gateshead, Newcastle, and Leeds (UK), Paris and Malta (Europe), Texas (US) and Chennai (India).

The group is on track to employ over 1,000 colleagues by the end of the year and are looking for additional energy consultants to support the growth and success of the business.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to complete outbound B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the American operation with an aim to assist them with their energy management needs, offering bespoke solutions to save customers money, time and to reduce their carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generators will focus on the front end of the role bringing in the Bills and LOAs working with a Closer
  • Energy Consultants will focus on the full 360 Sales Cycle
  • Closers will monitor and manage Lead Gens and be solely responsible for closing deals
  • Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning
  • Eliminate objections using up-to-date market/product information
  • Present unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
  • Manage your existing customer accounts and renewals
  • To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
  • Always adhere to the sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards
  • To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system
  • Working closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities
  • Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures

  • At least some experience in outbound sales roles
  • Proven history of working to and achieving KPIs


  • 12 months tele sales/energy sales experience
