The opportunity

Our Customer Services team play a vital role in supporting both our operational sales team and more importantly making sure our clients receive crucial energy savings in today’s volatile market. To continue our success, we require a Compliance Administrator to join our team becoming a new brand ambassador to our clients

What is the job about?

Resolving situations that arise to enable business and industry processes to completed successfully and efficiently.

What exactly will you do?

  • Investigate and resolve any formal customer complaints that are raised, quickly and patiently.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
  • Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
  • Learn how to use various database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
  • Liaise with energy suppliers on behalf of our customers to ensure they receive the best possible service.
  • Communicate with customers when required either by telephone or email.
  • Ensure we can keep our customers engaged, customer retention.
