Job Duties & Responsibilities

Lets be honest this is a tough gig.

Sales can be at times about mental endurance and anyone who works in sales knows this to be true…its all about willpower, determination, resilience and so much more.

Its not for everyone and we know this. That’s why when we open our doors sadly, not everyone makes the cut. For those that do the rewards and benefits are literally life changing!

Now for the boring stuff…

The purpose of this role is to complete outbound B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK with an aim to assist them with their energy management needs, offering bespoke solutions to save customers money, time and to reduce their carbon footprint. The key skills required to be a success in this role are as followed:


  • Ability to build rapport easily with customers
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Prioritising & Organising work load
  • Influencing & Negotiation skills
  • Working towards and exceeding Sales targets
  • Understanding and implementing the sales cycle
